Don’t forget!

We all are required to have our temperature screened each day prior to beginning our shift. You may do this at designated pharmacy areas or at a nursing unit that is convenient for you. It is not a requirement to wear a sticker.

**Call Employee Health and inform your supervisor if you have a fever of >100.4F**

Infrared temperature readings may be low. For readings ≥99F, recheck with an oral thermometer.

Pharmacy areas available to have your temperature checked:

  1. Central pharmacy
  2. W/C pharmacy
  3. PSP pharmacy
  4. Retail 2nd floor
  5. Med Mall Pharmacy
  6. GMT pharmacy
  7. Plaza pharmacy

Thank you for your faithfulness in looking out for your coworkers and our patients!
