Subject: Pharmacy Department Temperature Screening

Reminder:
We all are required to have our temperature screened each day prior to beginning our shift. It is not a requirement to wear a sticker. 
 
HHM central pharmacy will no longer have a table outside of their door for temperature monitoring, but they will still provide a temperature check within central pharmacy.
 
Pharmacy areas available to have your temperature checked:
1. Central pharmacy  
2. W/C pharmacy 
3. PSP pharmacy 
 
 
 
4. Retail 2nd floor 
 
5. Med Mall Pharmacy 
 
6. GMT pharmacy
 
7. Plaza pharmacy
