Subject: D50 and Epinephrine syringes

We can now resume normal distribution of dextrose 25g/50 mL syringes as well as epinephrine 1mg/10mL syringes.

Beginning today, please add 6 boxed epinephrine 1mg/10ml syringes when refilling each ADULT code tray. We are no longer refilling code trays with "EPI Kits". Also, please add 1 boxed dextrose 25g/50 mL syringe instead of the D10W 250 mL bag when refilling ADULT and PEDIATRIC code trays.

Lastly, The dextrose 25g/50 mL syringes will be loaded in the pyxis machines. If you find a pyxis location where it has not been loaded yet, please let me or Andrea Evans know.

Thanks,
