Subject: Dilaudid rule in Sentri7

In an effort to streamline the Dilaudid IV rule in Sentri7, it has been updated to exclude pre/post op orders with frequencies for q 5 min prn. This change has drastically reduced the number of orders that qualify for the rule.
 
Let me know if you happen to run into any orders that you think should have qualified but didn't.
