Pharmacists Assignments (Wkd) May 2020

As of today, positive or possible COVID patients have been transferred from 5MST to 6MST.  Over the weekend, 5MST will be converted back to neutral air flow.  Also, 3NE will open up today.  Any patient that is on Joint Camp will be transferred to 3NE.   
 
Friday5/1/20, the UB3 will return with the same unit assignments and PKS consults as before.  PPM's will be adjusted back to normal later this evening by PharmIT.  (UB3 will work out of DI on 5/1)
 
Monday5/4/20, all surgery and procedural areas will be in operation. 5MST will open at 7am accepting ortho surgery patients and Joint Camp will open at 7am accepting total joints. 
 
Over the weekend EVS will be cleaning our 8MST and 5MST office and the following location changes will go into effect Monday, 5/4/20:
  • UB3: returns to 8MST office.
  • UB2: returns to 5MST office.
Starting SaturdayMay 9th, the UB3 and UB2 will work out of their respective MST offices on the weekends. Also starting that weekend, the UB1 will work out of the middle desk in my office on the 5th floor.
