Subject: MPTL Updates: Tuesday, May 5th
Effective Tuesday, May 5th at 4PM the Multi-patient Task List (MPTL, aka ‘Consults and Interventions’ button) will be updated for all Pharmacy positions. The primary change is to consolidate Vancomycin/Anticoaglutaion/Aminoglycoside consults into 1 tab called ‘PKS Consults’ in order to free up space for additional tabs. Users will see a new “Discharge” tab that will be used in the future, but no tasks will populate at this time.
IMPORTANT: After this update has occurred, you will need to assign your patient list to new PKS Consults tab (right click on ‘Assigned Task’ grey section and select ‘Customize Patient View’) as well as redefine the time period shown for the tab. Tabs you have had previously may need to be re-assigned as well.
