Effective immediately:
As ADULT code trays are refilled, please REMOVE the phenylephrine 10 mg vials (and divider), and return the vials to stock if the expiration dates are acceptable.

Updated adult code tray diagrams will be posted in the tray refill areas. A copy of the diagram is also attached.
