Subject: Approving products from different Facilities in Pharmacy Keeper

If you are checking an IV in Pharmacy Keeper for a Facility that is different from the one you are working at (i.e. in PSP checking a product for HHWC or Madison), you can find the order by changing the Tile group to the location where the patient is located then find the order within the appropriate tile. See below.
 
Note that the Tile groups are:
BMT
Madison
PSP
PSP Chemo
W&C
 
Email pharmacykeeperhelp@hhsys.org is you have issues with orders not appearing in Pharmacy Keeper.
