Pharmacists Deployment COVID-19 April 22, 2020

Effective Wednesday,  4/22/20, the UB3 position will be collasped.  This is just another temporary change as we continue to adapt to the effects of COVID-19.  Hopefully this will all resolve soon.

UB5:  Add 4N/8MST units to morning order verification,PKS consults, and Sentri-7.

UB4:  Add 4NW/3NE units to morning order verification. (Note: consults and Sentri-7 will still completed by the UB8)

PharmIT will update the PPMs to reflect the addition of the contracted units.  The UB3/Z2/UB8 PPM will remain the same as the UB8 will resume verification for units upon arrival.
