Pharmacists,

We have created a folder in the pharmacy shared drive titled "UB_Central Huddle Notes" which will contain weekly huddle information. Each day, the document will be updated by the huddle leader with pertinent information brought up by other pharmacists in that days huddle. Central Pharmacy updates will be added at the bottom of the document.  We are doing this in hopes that information will be more readily available to all pharmacists who have differing shifts/assignments.
