Please review the two tip sheets linked below when you have an opportunity: both are especially helpful when verifying or retiming chemotherapy:

Bottom lines:

1. Maintaining Orders as associated to the Dosing Calculator

2. Retiming Oncology PowerPlans and Regimens

If you need to reschedule medication orders for an Oncology PowerPlan or Regimen that has been fully verified/scheduled, it is best to reschedule the order(s) from the MAR.
