Subject: HH-Main UB1/UB10 temporary location change

Effective Monday 3/30,  location and phone # changes for the UB1 and UB10:
 
  • UB 1: Will work out of the Drug Information office at Plaza (the duel screen at the window to the left)  Phone: 50493
  • UB 10: Will work out of the middle desk in my office on 5th floor.  Phone: 54539
We are scattered all across our campus right now, but you guys/gals continue to find ways to make it work and protect our patients.  THANK YOU!
