Subject: Items Moved to Clear Bin or Logistics

Effective April 1, the items below will be removed from all floorstock sheets, Pyxis machines, and pharmacy stock. These items will now be part of Patient Care orders that will not route to pharmacy for verification and will not print labels to pharmacy. These products are now available to the units via the Clear Bin system, or from logistics for those not yet utilizing the clear bin system. We worked with the clear bin team to set these items up where necessary, and have communicated this upcoming change to all nursing managers and educators. If your unit has any questions, please reference the below communication regarding the setup process and contact. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

Beginning April 1, the items below will only be available through the CLEAR Supply System, or from Logistics for those units not yet utilizing CLEAR Supply.  Pharmacy will remove these items from all floorstock sheets, Pyxis machines, and pharmacy stock. At that point, you'll be directed to contact CLEAR Supply System or Logistics staff to procure these items. 

CLEAR Supply System areas: The items below should be available via CLEAR Supply on your unit. If you do not have the item you need, please process a QCN to request it be added. If you need assistance with this, please contact Lynn.Moody@hhsys.org. Most areas are already set up with these items as the transition to CLEAR Supply has been ongoing for several months. 

Non-CLEAR Supply System areas: If you need these items and are not utilizing CLEAR Supply, please contactBrandy.Bishop@hhsys.org in Logistics to have the item added to your order template.
