Subject: hydroxychloroquine 200 mg tablets

Effective immediately, hydroxychloroquine 200 mg tablets will be treated as a controlled substance. All inventory has been moved from the carousel to CII Safe. 
 
Please continue to load hydroxychloroquine 200 mg tablets in Pyxis as appropriate, but make sure you are using a secure pocket.
