Corrected the UB5 and UB12 phone #'s on attachment. >>Pharmacists Deployment COVID-19 March 2020

Please check your scheduleanywhere for next week (3/30-4/3).  Multiple changes have been made for next week, as we will likely see a continued decrease in surgery & census.  Starting Monday, 3/30, we will temporarily remove the "Te" position.  To maintain the needed central pharmacy coverage, the following changes will go into effect on 3/30:
  • Q4: Instead of moving to central at 3:30p, the Q4 will report directly to central pharmacy at 11:30a.
  • UB11: Instead of moving to central at 8p, the UB11 will rotate to central pharmacy at 3:30p.
  • This change is only for M-F.  The weekend will maintain the "Te" at this time.
Attached is the an updated assignment sheet with updated info and phone #'s.

Again, thank you all for everything you do and for being flexible during these challenging times.   As always, reach out with any questions or concerns...from 6 ft away.
