Subject: Boxed epinephrine 1mg/10ml syringes

Beginning today, please add 4 boxed epinephrine 1mg/10ml syringes and 2 "EPI Kits" to each ADULT code tray.
 
Pediatric code trays will continue to have 4 boxed epinephrine syringes and 0 "EPI kits".
 
Also, Pharmacists can continue to take the extra boxed epinephrine syringes with the RPH code bag when responding to codes.
