Subject: Pharmacy Prepared Kit Exchanges - HH Main

Effective immediately, we will no longer allow individuals who are needing to exchange a pharmacy prepared kit (HEMSI, RSI, CCT, etc...) inside of Central Pharmacy. 
 
Please take the kit and paperwork from the individual and ask them to wait outside the pharmacy while you perform the kit exchange. You will need to take the signature log book to the door when you hand out the new kit. 
 
Let me know if you have any concerns or if you encounter any issues.
