Subject: HH-Main 5th Floor Huddles
Effective immediately, the 1pm 5th Floor Huddle should only be attended in person by staff working on the 5th floor. To prevent less crowding and less foot-traffic during this COVID-19 climate, all other staff should dial-in from their office or workstation to the huddle using the conference call information below .

Dial-in #: 1(605)313-6293 (we recommend using your cell phone as it seems to have less issues than our office phones)
Access Code: 438972
Host PIN: 3036 (only for the huddle leader)
- Please dial in a few minutes before 1pm
- Please be sure to dial-in daily (This is one of our primary modes by which info is spread, including updates on COVID-19 as they arise)
- Please continue to participate in the huddle even if it's through the phone. (don't forget to use Mute/UnMute)
