As of Thursday, February 6th this should now be resolved following a correction implemented by Cerner. Please let us know if you experience any further issues specific to the External Rx History.

Cerner EXTERNAL RX HISTORY is showing incomplete information
Following our e-prescribing uplift in December, the External Rx History in Cerner that shows a patient’s outpatient prescription fill history is currently showing incomplete or no information at all. Thus far, it is known that any External Rx History information being displayed is still accurate, but it may not be showing all instances of prescription fills at pharmacies. Please keep this in mind during interviews with patients and family members about home medications, and consider contacting pharmacies directly when information appears incomplete. This issue is not just impacting the Huntsville Hospital System but also facilities outside of our system. Cerner is actively working to find a solution, but we do not have an expected resolution date at this time.
