Pharmacists:
 
We've discovered that the Adult TPN PowerForm is rounding values up to the nearest whole number. So, 0.5 mg manganese, when entered into the PowerForm, yields 1 mg in the generated progress note (see screenshot below). Likewise, 0.5 mL trace elements is converted to 1 mL in the progress note. Please be sure the TPN comments in Medication Manager contain the correct quantities prior to submission.
