Subject: Pharmacist focus groups

Once we finish the pharmacists' meetings today and March 1, we will conduct a series of 6 focus groups to discuss fair assignment of pharmacist shifts. The small group meetings will be limited to 10 people and we will discuss the best means by which to implement some changes in the pharmacists' schedule. Focus groups will meet at 2 pm in the 5th floor Conference Room on the following dates:

    * Wed, March 8

    * Tue, March 14

    * Wed, March 15

    * Fri, March 17

Please check your work schedule, then e-mail Karen Baumann with your first and second choices for dates to attend a focus group. She will determine a date for you to attend based on your requests and space availability (first-come, first-served) and notify you of your assigned date.

Please note that you must send Karen an e-mail to reserve your spot for one of the focus groups - choosing ACCEPT on the calendar request does not give her your first and second choice. So, even if you've chosen 'accept' or 'decline' to the focus groups, you must send Karen an e-mail with your first second choice of dates.
