Subject: nalbuphine injection

Nalbuphine injection is on critical backorder and is not expected to return until late 2020. 
 
All Powerplans containing nalbuphine injection have been updated to butorphanol injection where appropriate. 
 
Please convert all orders for nalbuphine injection to butorphanol injection  per FORMWEB. (formulary interchange in reverse)
