Potassium chloride oral solution UD cups are no longer stocked at HH Main or HHWC, and can no longer be ordered in Cerner. KCL powder for reconstitution should be used for adult patients instead. 
 
HHWC will continue to stock bulk bottles of potassium chloride oral solution for pediatric use only.
