Subject: 'In Error' Documentation Ability Available

 

Effective today, Pharmacists now have the ability to ‘In Error’ their own documentation.  Of note, you are not able to ‘In Error’ documentation of another user.

 

If this is selected, the documentation will still exist on the patient but will be designated as “Entered In Error.”  When attempting to open an ‘In Errored’ document, the following alert will display:

 

 

You can still view the details of the documentation, which will have a titled designation of “*In Error Report*”
