Subject: CODE TRAYS

 

REMINDER: When filling code trays, remember to attach the round tag with the tray expiration date along with the green "Return to Pharmacy" sticker to the code tray. We have had several trays where the round tag was missing. The round tag is attached to the outside of the locked crash cart so the expiration date of the code tray can be checked daily.
