Subject: Your Badge is required to be on while at work


Hospital Policy requires that you have your badge appropriately displayed while working. If you forget your badge, you may purchase a new badge in Safety and Security for $10, or you may need to return home to get it (if you're late, you will be issued a tardy). 

If you are in a work area in which you have zero chance of needing to leave to do your job AND you do not come in contact with any customers or other non-pharmacy personnel then, with the permission of a supervisor, you may at your own risk choose to work without your badge. You will not be supported if you leave your work area.
