Hello,


We will have pharmacy presence at OPM-MOB starting next Monday (10/14/19). Initial days and hours will beMonday - Friday from 0630A-3:00P. We will expand OPM-MOB coverage to 7 days/week with weekend hrs being Qw (6:00A-2:30P) later this Fall. The ext to reach the OPM-MOB pharmacist is 
ext: 59228. Responsibilities of the OPM-MOB pharmacist will include: order review and verification, evaluation of PAP, evaluation of drug optimization, education to OPM-MOB nurses, education to physicians with regards to therapeutic management, initiation and follow-up with PKS, and others as directed.
