All Alabama registered technicians:


We are happy to announce that once again the Pharmacy Department will reimburse the cost ($61.80) of your Alabama Pharmacy Technician registration renewal. This includes all techs at Main & HHWC, Madison, TOC, and Outpatient.

DEADLINE TO BE REIMBURSED: REQUIRED DOCUMENTS MUST BE  IN TO HILARY ROBERTSON BY: TUESDAY, DECEMBER 17, 2019 @ 4:00 P.M.

The Alabama Board of Pharmacy has already sent postcards to your home address to inform you of the renewal period. All renewals must be done online. In order to be reimbursed, you will need to print the documentation of payment (receipt) when you renew online AND, you will need to fill out/sign the attached check request form (NOTE: you must fill out the correct attached form that corresponds to the Department in which you work).

Fill out the following sections on the attached check request:
MAKE CHECK PAYABLE TO (PRINT your name at the TOP left of form)
DATE (top right of form)
ADDRESS (your check reimbursement check will be mailed to this address - write legibly!)
SIGNED (Sign your Name at the BOTTOM left of the form)

Let me know if you have questions. Note if you work off the main campus, your Supervisor/Manager may be collecting forms for your area.

REMINDER!
Note: If you obtained your initial/first Alabama Pharmacy Technician Registration in 2019, you do NOT have to have obtained any CE to renew.....but you must renew your registration.
