Subject: New flooring in main central pharmacy

As you know, we have been working on a plan to replace flooring in main central pharmacy. We have 3 areas to complete in the first phase (this includes the break room).

#1 Area - Ramp and Receiving

#2 Area - Break Room

#3 Area – Connecting area #1 to #2

 

TIMELINE – (Area #1 and #3) Ramp, Receiving and Connecting

Thurs 9/12 9AM - We will begin moving all products and equipment out of receiving into other areas for temporary storage

Thurs 9/12 5PM - #1 floor demo and replacement process begins and completes prior to Sat 9/14 at 6AM (work may be done on days, evenings and nights). If all goes as planned, flooring demo and replacement for area #3 will be completed over the weekend (times tbd)

 

Mon 9/16 no flooring work to be done

 

TIMELINE – (Area #2) Break Room

Tues 9/17 9AM - #2 floor demo and replacement process begins and completes prior to Thurs 9/19 at 6AM (work may be done on days, evenings and nights).

** During this 48 hour period **

Employees will not have access to the break room

Lockers and refrigerators will be moved from one side of the break room to another and back again.

Employees must remove all items from their locker and all food/containers from the refrigerator prior to Tues 9/19 at 7AM
