Hello,

 

We've had a run of TPNs that have been non-daily (i.e. M-W-F). Per the last clinical specialist meeting and several Med Error meetings per pharmacy, it has been decided that non-daily TPNs will be changed to daily TPNs.

This will be consistent with other TPNs and will reduce errors. Please let me know if you have any questions.
