Hey everyone,

Please review the attached tip sheet on entering TNF (template non-formulary) orders in Med Manager. It provides clarification on how to enter these orders including entering 1 for Units/Quantity per dose and entering the volume dose (e.g. 2 tab, 2 mL) in the dose field.

The digital tip sheet document has also been updated on Formweb ( /hhsys ) under Pharmacy Information Technology -> Cerner Tip Sheet and Reference Guide.

Please contact me if you have any questions.

Thanks!
