We are quickly approaching our next open week for a TJC survey (Aug 26-30). Please continue to focus on cleaning up profiles, especially PRNs (duplicates and those without an indication).

Attached is a summary of some of the "numbers" that TJC expects us to know and follow, along with some important phone #s. Please review and refer to this information as needed.

Thanks for all that you do to keep our patients safe and our department (and the hospital ready) for a TJC survey. DAVID
