Subject: Pharmacy Call Center hours expanding to evenings!
Beginning Monday, July 15th the Pharmacy Call Center will expand hours to be open from 6:00 a.m. until 10:30 p.m. Mondays through Fridays (EXCEPT dinner break 5:30 p.m. until 6:15 p.m.). The Call Center currently answers calls for both HH Main and HHWC Central Pharmacies.
Instructions for techs who staff the call center
There are 3 tech shifts staffing each weekday:
CC1 - 0600-1430 (take lunch: 1100-1145)
CC2 - 0730-1600 (take lunch: 1145-1230)
*CC3 - 1400-2230 (take dinner: 1730-1815 MUST SIGN OUT OF COMPUTER AND PHONE DURING THIS DINNER BREAK)
*NOTE: HHWC techs who are staffing the CC3 may staff the entire shift at the HHWC office (across from the Main Pharmacy).
*NOTE: HH Main techs who are staffing the CC3 should move from the Call Center to the Q area (no earlier than 1600 but no later than 1815) to finish-out the remainder of his/her shift.
It is imperative that you sign out of both the computer and the phone when you are leaving for the day AND when the CC3 goes to dinner break from 5:30pm until 6:15pm. Failure to do this disables ALL phone calls from going into both HH Main and HHWC Central Pharmacies.
