Make sure that you are logged into 1Chart with your credentials when verifying orders. We've had reports of orders being verified under the wrong pharmacist's name. This is the first we've heard of this issue so if anyone notices that they are logged in under a different user, please report it to pharmitcerner@hhsys.org. Also, be sure to log out of 1Chart when you leave a computer or lock the computer, if you are stepping away for a moment, by using "Windows key + L".
In Power Chart, your name will appear at the top of the window:
In Med Manager, your Employee ID will appear in the lower right corner:
