Michele Durda submitted the attached for next week's Huddle, but we decided to go ahead and send it out to all pharmacists so that everyone would have a copy. Huddle leaders are also encouraged to talk about it in their Huddles

 

Please pay special attention to info on PCA orders. W e had several events reported over the last couple of weeks where the nurse gave a Norco while pt was on a PCA (one where the comment was not added; and another where the pre-PCA order was not discontinued).
