Subject: diazePAM 10 mg/2 mL injection (tubex) - available again

We now have diazePAM injection available for HEMSI & MADISON FIRE AND RESCUE boxes . Beginning TODAY, we will add ONE (1) syringe to each box as each box is refilled.

We also have a small supply for general inpatient orders . We do NOT have enough supply to resume historical usage, but if you have prescribers with a true need, we do have it available to order in Cerner.

I will update when we feel that the supply has fully returned, but we do not anticipate full resolution of the backorder until 4th Quarter 2019.
