Hello,

If you're experiencing any MD orders/instructions that have been entered in comments incorrectly or MD entering orders using wrong patient encounters, please send examples to Michael Hubbert for tracking purposes.

When you do have orders entered under the "wrong patient encounter" please contact the prescriber so he/she can be informed and fix the issues.
