We’ve received a number of questions recently from Pharmacists attempting to access PyxisES Server at various PCs through the 1Chart HHSYS Link and are unable to view data (missing devices/missing inventory lists). This is most likely due to the browser defaulting to show in Compatibility View in Internet Explorer.

 

 

 

Please follow the attached instructions to remove the compatibility view settings from the browser and PyxisES should then display correctly.
