Dr. Veeraiah Siripurapu (Siri) has been added to list of prescribers.

Reminder: If first dose of Entereg is not given appropriately, all future doses will not be as effective and should be discontinued.

The EASE Entereg Provider list will be updated under RX for Nursing today or tomorrow. Thanks.
