Effective immediately:

 

 

Boluses: You may order sodium phosphate. No need to change to potassium phosphate.

Adult TPNs: Continue to use potassium phosphate. 

 

 

I do not know how long this will last. I'll let you know new plans as our sodium phos stock either worsens or (hopefully) improves.
