02/20/19 TB -- Sentri7 available

Subject: Sentri7 available

Sentri7 is now available. We are still working on cleaning up some of the rules and identifying issues but most of the global rules should now be available to the staff.

Known issues:

Some iCare patients profiles may qualify for some of the rules because the medication was never discontinued in iCare. This is especially noticeable in rules like Duration of Therapy. This problem should resolve over time as the Conversion patients are eventually discharged.

Some medications that have been discontinued in 1Chart are still showing up as active in Sentri7. IT is looking into this.

Personal rules that were built to work with iCare will not work correctly with 1Chart and will need to be rebuilt. The main difference is the medication name for the rule will need to be the generic name of the medication. Also, frequency and route names have changed.

Email grp_pharmit@hhsys.org if you notice any other issues not listed here. We will be working to optimize these rules as time permits.

Thanks,

Travis
