Subject: Pre-Cerner Order Sets (for Pharmacy Department ONLY)

 

 

As you may have noticed, Order Sets accessible from PULSE and DocuShare have been removed. This is to prevent providers from using them. Michele was able to save the Word document versions on the pharmacy shared drive. S:\PHARMACY-SHARED\Order Sets.

 

Some Order Sets/Powerplans were changed at the time of conversion to Cerner, please only use these as a reference and continue to clarify orders with providers as needed.

 

Please do NOT share these with providers.

Please do not edit or save new versions of these documents.
