Due to a delay in PharMEDium supplying neostigmine 5 mg/5mL syringes, we have had to manufacture our own neostigmine syringes from the PSP's robots. Please note that the neostigmine syringes are a LOOK ALIKE issue with the succinylcholine 140 mg/7 mL syringes that are also manufactured by the PSP's robots. USE EXTREME CAUTION WHEN DISPENSING AND REFILLING THESE MEDICATIONS! If you cannot view the picture below, see attached.
