Attached is the overall Cerner - 1Chart - support process.

Our process for pharmacy is fairly simple.
If you have a problem follow these steps.
1. Ask a coworker (if available) for help - if no resolution then contact the pharmacy superuser for your area.
2. We will be using cell phones for our superuser coverage and the list will emailed later today and posted in areas on Sunday (- will also be placed on shared drive)
3. If superuser unable to resolve then contact the command center at 256-265-0333.

The command center will send the issue to the appropriate analyst, log the call, and address your issue.

If you have additional questions please let me know - we will send this information and CPOE related documents out again to everyone on Sunday AM.

The 1Chart IT Help Desk support team will only be available by calling the numbers listed below. Remember your first line of support is your Super User! You should contact them prior to calling the 1Chart Support Line for assistance.

These numbers will be active beginning at 7:00 on Saturday Morning 2/9/19

 You should continue to use the IT Desk Ext 57777 for 1Chart Password
Resets - (Passwords are the same as the Kronos log)

Attached is a Unit Level Reporting Information Sheet that will be helpful
to compete prior to calling the help desk.
