Subject: Accessing FormWEB to determine clinical specialist coverage

The clinical specialist coverage list will no longer be faxed each morning after today.

If you need to contact the covering clinical specialist for a particular area, you can see assignments by going to FormWEB, Pharmacy Clinical Services, and then NSS/PKS Clinical Specialist Coverage.

If this page ever shows no assignments, please notify Gregg Knowles, Mickala Thompson, or Jerry Robinson.  Thanks to Michael Hubbert for making this process electronic versus the manual process we have done for years.

Please click on this instruction flyer that was created detailing how to find this information through FormWEB.

Let me know if you have any questions or concerns.  Thanks.

Jerry Robinson, Pharm.D., BCPS
Clinical Specialist STICU/Co-Chairperson, Medication Safety Committee
