Subject: Lorazepam 25 mg/250 mL no longer available

PSP has depleted our supply of Lorazempam 4 mg/mL used to compound the 25 mg/250 mL drips.  All Lorazepam drips will now need to be verified and dispensed as 50 mg/50 mL from this point forward.
