CefTRIAXone (ROCEPHIN) 2 g ADDVantage vials/bag were replaced in iCare today with the standard vial and mini-bag plus (MBP) bag. All new orders will be MBP. Pyxis will be gradually changed out as orders are discontinued. W/C and MH are already utilizing MBP.
