Good Morning,

 

Starting tomorrow, HEMSI crews will start to fax their LDB paperwork to Main central ahead of their arrival. HEMSI has a new software system that they are using while on the field. Hopefully, a paper fax of their electronic report will be received prior to their arrival to swap out their kit.

 

It appears that there was a disconnect with HEMSI and our department today. If you have a crew that has arrived before their faxed paperwork, they can wait outside of pharmacy until the required documents are received. Please let me know if you have any questions.
