10/09/18 RC -- New Surgeon Approved for Entereg Use

December 31, 1969

A new colorectal surgeon, Blake Spindler, MD, has been approved in the Entereg EASE program and is now able to prescribe alvimopan according to the Huntsville Hospital order set.  He has agreed to go by everything on the order set and understands the safety issues with this drug.
