Good afternoon,

1) This weekend (9/22-23) is the first weekend the Tr hours change to 6:00a - 2:30p (Trw) . If you are scheduled for the W3, please return to Central Pharmacy from lunch or Med Rec/VTE rounds by 2:30p.

2) On the newest schedule (10/21-11/2), the UB 12 returns! Please see attached updated unit assignment document - effective 10/21 . We have posted through Friday, 11/2, intentionally and will publish a go-live schedule within the next week or so.

Please let me know if you have questions or note any corrections that need to be made to the unit assignments.
